Once order has been shipped, it typically takes 3-4 working days for delivery within UK.
When will my order will be ready to ship?
Please note that each bag is made to order and takes approximately 1 week to be made before its shipped
Do you accet returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we don't accept returs or exchanges. All sales are final
How should I wash my bag?
To keep your bag looking its best, we recommend only hand washing and air drying
